2. Appointment and Payment
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online form.
- Full payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
- Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate property information
- Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
- Communicate any special conditions or legal requirements related to the appraisal
4. Report Use and Limitations
Appraisal reports are for the use of the client and/or intended users named in the report.
Reports may not be modified or misused for purposes outside the scope of the original assignment.
Selective Appraisal Services is not liable for decisions made based on third-party interpretation of the appraisal report.
5. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services in accordance with industry standards and professional guidelines. However, Selective Appraisal Services is not liable for:
Property market fluctuations
Outcomes of legal proceedings or financial transactions
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, service descriptions, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Selective Appraisal Services and may not be reproduced without written consent.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
